For most of my life, my body has been both my greatest asset and my toughest opponent. Injuries, surgeries, setbacks, and long periods of recovery weren’t just interruptions—they were lessons that shaped my strength, patience, and trust in God’s plan. Each time progress stalled or recovery felt endless, I learned a truth many never face early on: true performance means nothing without resilience, durability, and faith in Jesus.

There were moments of doubt, times when the path forward seemed unclear, and seasons where simply showing up felt like a victory. Through it all, faith became my anchor. Training evolved beyond strength or speed—it became about listening to the body, protecting it, and learning how to recover intelligently so I could keep showing up and honoring the body God gave me.
